This advanced peel system combines potent ingredients with a powerful booster containing an enhanced form of salicylic acid, delivering superior benefits compared to traditional superficial chemical peels. Thanks to its innovative formulation, the risk of pigmentation irregularities is significantly reduced. The P2 System is self-neutralising, meaning no additional neutralising products are required. For best results, we recommend a series of treatments to achieve optimal, cumulative improvements.

Why Should I Have A Prodigy Peel

The Prodigy Peel is a mild peel and can be carried out in your lunch break. It is an effective peel that suits all ages and is ideal for anyone who suffers from acne, breakouts, dull skin, fine lines, wrinkles and pigment concerns or if you want healthier and glowing skin.

It is a versatile treatment with minimum or no downtime.

What Happens During A Prodigy Peel?

The aesthetician applies a Prodigy toner to prep the skin followed by one to three applications of the Prodigy Peel. Depending on the skin type the mild acids will be left on the skin for upto 4 minutes. A retinol application is then applied to complete the treatment and begin the resurfacing process.

There may be slight tingling and heat experienced throughout the treatment but there is no pain and the treatment does not hurt.

What Is The Recovery Time

With the P2 system, there is minimal or no downtime. Micropeeling may occur or in some cases a little shedding or dryness depending on your skin type. There may be slight erythema following the treatment and some dryness for a few days after. You will be given post care skincare sachets that include a Cleanser, Balm and SPF to use at home.

It is important to avoid intense sunlight, saunas, and high intensity workouts for one week following the treatment. Make-up can be applied after 24 hours.

We recommend purchasing the Sheald Recovery Balm to speed up the healing process and ensure optimal recovery.
